**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be involved in system development projects for core business systems, including planning, design, development, testing, and operation and maintenance.

**Project Details:**
- Development work primarily focuses on ERP development projects such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, and OutSystems, as well as scratch development using languages like Java, C#, and .NET.
- We also handle a wide range of projects including low-code development, agile development, ETL tools, CRM, and more.
- Projects are sourced from system subsidiary companies that work closely with end-users, as well as from major SIers and consulting firms that cover various stages from upstream to downstream.
- We also have some prime projects, and we are actively working towards increasing the proportion of prime projects in the future.

**Recruitment Background:**
Our company, which has recently achieved record-high sales figures, is currently in its second growth phase, focusing on mid-sized companies from semi-major companies. We are committed to expanding prime projects and ERP implementation projects. In order to achieve a sales target of 10 billion yen by 2025, we are recruiting new members to join our team.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of development experience (experience with Java, C#, or PLSQL).
- Experience spanning multiple phases from requirement definition to maintenance.
- At least 5 years of management experience (management on the contracting side).
- At least 5 years of experience in requirement definition for accounting, sales, finance and insurance, or inventory management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience as a System Architect.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
