We are developing a brand-new knowledge management tool designed to remove the stress of information sharing for non-IT companies. The core features are already in place, but the key challenge is making the product simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer who can bring user feedback into the product, help improve usability, and build scalable backend systems.

Develop and maintain the backend of our new product using Ruby on Rails
Build and operate infrastructure on AWS
Implement automation and efficiency improvements
Work closely with product managers and business teams to reflect user feedback into development
Participate in agile development with short feedback loops and direct user impact
