Answer customer questions via email/chat (60 emails/10 chats daily), covering address changes, device compatibility, speeds, returns, etc.
Team up with other staff and part-timers to get it done.
Turn customer orders into action by translating them into Japanese for shipping, and handling packaging/dispatch.
