This after-school program provides a fully immersive English environment, helping children build confidence and communication skills through interactive activities. Instructors teach not only English but also social skills, manners, and positive values.

＜主な業務内容 / Main Responsibilities＞

・レッスンおよびイベントの準備
　preparation for lessons and events

・カリキュラムに沿ったレッスン実施（創意工夫歓迎）
　conduct lessons following the curriculum (creativity welcome)

・教室内の清掃・整理整頓
　cleaning and organizing the classroom

・イベント企画・運営
（ハロウィン、クリスマス、季節イベント、スピーチコンテスト等）
　planning and organizing events (Halloween, Christmas, seasonal events, speech contests, etc.)

・保護者対応
　talking to parents / parent communication

・プロモーション活動（ビラ配りなど）
　promotional activities (flyer distribution, etc.)

・スクール運営サポート全般
　general support in school operations

【必須スキル・資格】
日本語：挨拶レベル
英語：ネイティブレベル

・英語がネイティブレベルであること
　Native-level English proficiency

・短大卒以上（ビザ要件）
　Associate degree or higher (required for visa sponsorship)

・子どもが好きで、明るく前向きにレッスンができる方
　Enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude

・既定カリキュラムに沿って指導しつつ工夫できる方
　Able to follow curriculum while adding creative approaches

・スクール運営・教室管理に協力できる方
　Able to assist with school management and classroom maintenance
