◎Job Description
・Welcome and support international guests at a traditional accommodation in Hida-Takayama.
・Manage check-in, check-out, and reservations with a focus on hospitality.
・Communicate with guests mainly in English, while improving your Japanese through daily practice and free lessons.
・Assist with seasonal busy periods and preparation for the launch of a new café inspired by Australian coffee culture (opening April 2026).
・Provide occasional support with guest transport (valid driver’s license required).
・Work closely with a small, friendly team to ensure smooth daily operations.

【必須スキル・資格】
日本語：日常会話レベル
英語：ネイティブレベル

・Valid Working Holiday visa for Japan with at least 6 months remaining (1 year preferred).
・Currently in Japan or able to arrive in the coming months (September/October start strongly preferred).
・English native
・Strong motivation to learn Japanese; daily effort expected.
・Valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Japanese driver’s license (AT allowed) for occasional guest transport.
・Positive, open-minded, team-oriented, and respectful toward Japanese culture.

【歓迎スキル・資格】
・JLPT N3–N4 level or equivalent Japanese ability.
・Previous hospitality, customer service, or tourism-related experience.
・Interest in café culture and enthusiasm for supporting a Australian-inspired café project.
・Experience living abroad or working in multicultural teams.
・Long-term interest in Japan (regional lifestyle, culture, and potential career opportunities).

契約社員

時給: 1200〜1200円
Part-time (Working Holiday) — Day/Evening shifts only (no overnights)
Hourly Wage: ¥1,200
Affordable housing at only ¥5,000/month

Two days off per week (shift-based schedule).
Requests for specific days off can be discussed in advance with the team.

Free Japanese Lessons:

Hands-on Training:
