！！求人とみせかけた犯罪の誘いや詐欺にご注意ください！！

1．「楽に稼げる」と言われた

犯罪グループが企業名をかたり、「仕事」「求人」「バイト」と称して、犯罪行為をさせる「闇（やみ）バイト」が急増しています。こういった犯罪行為を手助けするような求人の特徴は「書類を受け取るだけ」「荷物を運ぶだけ」「指示どおり動くだけ」「行動確認・現地調査」「高額バイト」「ホワイト案件」「即日現金」「高額即金」「高額な副業」「楽して稼げる」など、簡単そうな仕事内容の割に、通常のアルバイト（時給1,000円～1,500円程度）では稼げない様な、給料・報酬が提示されています。また、求人応募後のやりとりを、TelegramなどSNS等でやるように誘導される場合も、犯罪行為への呼び込みの可能性があります。

２．金融取引や送金をお願いされた

求人企業が、採用活動の選考段階で、求職者から口座情報やクレジットカードの情報を依頼することはありません。投資などの金融取引や代理での物品の購入・送金を依頼された場合は、マネーロンダリング詐欺の可能性があります。

３．代理で荷物の受け取りや発送、代理で物品を購入するように頼まれた

求人企業がの選考段階で、自宅に荷物を送るなどのケースは過去にありません。在宅勤務に必要だと称し、荷物を代理で受け取り、海外などの住所に郵送を依頼されるなどの行為は、再送詐欺・配送詐欺・リシッピング詐欺の可能性があります。また、代理（個人の負担）で物品を購入するように頼まれた場合も、詐欺の可能性があります。

４．手数料を請求された

日本の法律では、人材紹介会社は求職者から手数料を徴収することを、原則として禁止されています。「ビザ・在留資格料」「応募料」「求人紹介料」「面接・アドバイス料」「研修費」「履歴書作成代行費用」「身元調査費」「説明会・オンラインサロン料」など、何らかの名称の費用を請求された場合は、手数料詐欺の可能性があります。

５．通常の選考では要求されない事を依頼された、違和感がある

上記のケース以外にも、「通常の選考では依頼されないような事を要求された」「強い口調で何かを要求されたなど」何かしら違和感を感じるやりとりがあった場合

If you encounter any of the following situations when interacting with a company, please report it to the NINJA administration office.

1. Promised “Easy Money”

There has been a rise in "dark part-time jobs" where criminal groups pose as companies, offering “jobs,” “positions,” or “part-time work” that involve illegal activities. These listings often include phrases like "just receive documents," "just deliver items," "just follow instructions," "site inspections," "high-paying part-time jobs," "white-listed tasks," "cash on the same day," "quick high payments," "profitable side gigs," or "easy money." These roles promise unusually high wages far above the typical hourly rate of ¥1,000–¥1,500 for standard part-time jobs.
Additionally, if you are directed to communicate through platforms like Telegram or other social media, this could indicate a recruitment attempt for illegal activities.

2. Asked for Financial Transactions or Money Transfers

Companies will never request bank account or credit card details from job seekers during the hiring process. If a company asks you to engage in financial transactions, investments, or purchase and transfer goods on their behalf, this could be a case of money-laundering fraud.

3. Requested to Receive or Ship Items, or Purchase Goods on Their Behalf

Legitimate companies will not ask candidates to have items sent to their homes during the hiring process. Requests to receive items at your address for forwarding to overseas locations under the guise of “work-from-home requirements” could be a sign of reshipping or delivery fraud. Similarly, being asked to purchase goods at your own expense for the company’s use is a potential scam.

4. Charged a Fee

Under Japanese law, recruitment agencies are generally prohibited from charging fees to job seekers. If you are asked to pay for "visa or residency fees," "application fees," "job introduction fees," "interview advice fees," "training costs," "resume creation fees," "background check fees," "seminar fees," or "online salon fees," it is likely a fraudulent request for payment.

5. Asked for Unusual Requests or Felt Something Was Off

In addition to the above scenarios, if you are asked for something not typically required during the hiring process or encounter aggressive or strange behavior from the company, this may indicate a problem.
